Litigation Resolution Group (LRG) was founded to allow companies and lawyers to effectively manage and diversify their litigation-based risk by providing them with access to third-party funding for their US and internationally-based litigation and arbitration claims. LRG assisted companies and estates with structuring financial transactions that maximized the value of their litigation assets and minimized the cost of their litigation liabilities.

LRG was the first company founded to serve the defense-side of the US market and focused on providing companies with alternative risk-transfer transactions that offered permanent relief from asbestos and other long-tailed tort liabilities.
